Happy Birthday: Ray Jones

August 28, 1988 - Raymond "Ray" Jones was an English professional footballer who played for Queens Park Rangers. "Theres Only 1 Ray Jones" R's fans would often sing after his death. The 31 shirt has been retired in his memory. Jones died, along with two others, in a car accident in East Ham, London in the early hours of 25 August 2007 when the vehicle he was travelling in collided with a bus.
