July 28, 1977 - Emanuel David "Manu" Ginóbili is an Argentine professional basketball player. A two-time All-Star guard, Manu Ginóbili is one of the most versatile players in the NBA, averaging 15.2 points and 3.9 assists over his 10-year career. Having played his entire NBA career with the San Antonio Spurs, Ginóbili was a key contributor to NBA championship teams in 2003, 2005 and 2007. He was selected the NBA Sixth Man of the Year in 2008. A native of Argentina, Ginóbili helped lead his country to the Olympic gold medal in Athens in 2004.
