August 18, 1980 - Jeremy Charles Shockey is an American football player who is an unrestricted free agent for the National Football League. Since entering the NFL in 2002, tight end Jeremy Shockey has played with the New York Giants, New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers, while being selected to four Pro Bowls. Shockey was the NFL Rookie of the Year in 2002. He played on the Giants’ team that won Super Bowl XLII and the Saints’ team that won Super Bowl XLIV.
